PROCEDURE FOR MAKING CHANGES IN YOUR ORIGINAL REGISTRATION

• Space in Camp Vinson Valley is limited.  For this reason we urge you to finalize your plans before registering your child.
  
• If after registering your child you find it necessary to change sessions, please call the Byron United Methodist Church (956-5717) as soon as possible.  Balances are transferable; however, session changes are limited to space availability.
  
• If a registered camper fails to show up without a 72 hour prior notification a full week's fee still applies.  You must contact either the church office (Geri, 956-5717) or the  camp office (any staff member 788-2272 - be sure to get their name) of an impending absence.
  
• It is your responsibility to notify us 72 hours PRIOR to your child not attending, so that someone from the waiting list can be notified and scheduled to attend.
