CAMP FEES AND PAYMENT POLICIES
- Camp Vinson Valley is $90.00 per week per
child. If you child will not be attending during one of the weeks they
were registered, a 72 hour notice MUST be received so that another
child can be placed in that vacancy. Failure to notify the church
office or the camp office results in your paying for the week your child did
not attend.
- For each additional child in your
family, you may deduct $10.00 per session; i.e., $90 first child - $80 for
each subsequent child in the same household..
- There is a $10.00 non-refundable,
non-transferrable administrative
fee due upon initial registration for all campers.
- Please annotate your check with your
child's name and the registered week date. Children's names are often
different from parents names on the checks.
- Balance is due each Monday morning of
registered week.
- Scholarships are available.

- A $30.00 fee will be assessed for any
returned checks.
- Camp Vinson Valley will not refund camp
fees as a result of the dismissal of a child from the program for disiplinary
cause. For this reason, we recommend you discuss this policy with your
